Journey with me through the labyrinthine streets of the Gothic Quarter. Where leafy wrought iron balconies and balustrades decorate the facades of hand frescoed buildings. Beams of sunlight refract and bend through a rainbow of stained glass. A place where time is suspended. Where food is art and time spent together over sharing culinary delicacies is revered.

TANZANITE, SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND PENDANT
The Barcelona Pendant took inspiration from a beautifully ornate oval-shaped balcony that stopped me in my tracks as I meandered through the streets of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona.
Carved concrete so delicate in shape, reaching off the building in a convex shape with a delicate hand-forged railing of twirling vines and blossoms. I could not resist the desire to turn this into wearable art!

SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND PENDANT
During a trip to Barcelona, I was inspired by a flower blossom detail on the top of an iron-wrought fence that enclosed a romantic balcony that overlooked the cobblestone street of the Gothic quarter.
Gabriella begins in hand engraved leaves that wrap around petals exploding into dancing stamens. Beginning in a blue ombré on the petals then transitioning to orchid, magenta, indigo and pink.

The shape of the Arabic Earrings were inspired by my travels to Barcelona and the architecture I discovered while meandering the streets of the Gothic Quarter. Every day, while exploring with my camera, I would often discover open doorways that would lead into the most elaborate hallways. I couldn't resist taking a step in to capture the beauty.

PURPLE SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND PENDANT
Inspired by the meticulously carved wooden doors in Barcelona that I discovered while wandering down the city streets, completely unaware of my whereabouts. Guided by the beauty and the diminishing light of day.
Tendrils twirl around a sprinkling of violet to indigo-coloured sapphires with sweet kisses of rose-cut diamonds for a little more sparkle.

Inspired by the sun’s rays bursting in a rainbow of colour as it pours through turn-of-the-century stained glass.
The Catalonia Pendant is a fusion of wrought iron details married with stained glass inspiration from the ceiling of Palau de La Musica, an opera house in Barcelona, and the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s architectural masterpiece in Barcelona.

A dance in the moonlight, flirting with days gone by.
Delicate filigree offering up her story with many pauses; inhale, exhale, dream. Inspired by turn of the century Parisian architectural railings, finials, and the lotus flower.

DIAMOND EARRINGS
The inspiration for this design came to me as I was walking past a gated alleyway. It had this beautiful round mandala shape and I immediately saw it as a pair of earrings with a diamond centre. However not a regular brilliant cut diamond. I wanted your curiosity to be tugged, tickled, sang to, and drawn in with a rose-cut diamond centre.
