I’ve been quietly working away on a wonderful fundraising project for a grassroots organization called Project Aim!  They provide barrier free, dignified access to menstrual and incontinence products to those in need in our local community and across Canada.

Project Aim believes…
That access should be granted to everyone—regardless of gender identity or economic status.
The complex intersection of shame and accessibility with issues such as poverty, domestic violence or proximity to marginalized communities is one they hope to attend to and solve with the help of our local community and your donations.
With a dream in my heart and the desire to help my community I have created the symbolic Moon Flower Pendant as a GIVEAWAY (donate to enter).
I spent many weeks contemplating what to create and why, as I love a design with deep meaning. The Moon Flower design represents a community coming together to sow seeds, plant and nurture a garden and to enjoy the beautiful fruits of their harvest. The name Moon Flower ties in the diurnal and nocturnal, showing that when seeds are planted with love in the right conditions they will thrive in both moonlight and sunlight.
Seven gemstones were selected in total. In numerology this number represents the quest for knowledge, completeness and perfection. The emeralds symbolize balance and harmony. The diamonds shining like bands of moonlight on the blossoming flowers symbolize strength, love and good health, which is my hope for everyone.
