~Miel Honeybee Pendant~
Miel is my hand carved honeybee pendant in 14k gold.
I have felt a growing frustration and helplessness at the decline and collapse of bee colonies. Last year, after watching a bumble bee land in the middle of the busy road in front of me, I carried it back to safety. As I was carrying the bee I and was struck with the idea of carving a bee and donating proceeds to non profits that help educate people on apiculture (beekeeping) and connecting people back to nature. At Christmas and Chanukkah I will donate proceeds to food banks to spread the love.
Miel is in 14k Gold , measuring 3/4 inches in length, and 1 1/4 inch wing span.
